Lineup keeps as little as a schedule needs. Here is all of it.
About the business
Your email address, your business's name, a scrambled form of your password, whether you subscribe, and your few settings (which day your week starts, your time zone, what your team sees). Payments are handled by Stripe, which holds your card details; JTS never sees them.
About your team
Each person's name, and a mobile number only if you put one in. That number is used for one thing: writing the text on YOUR phone when you press "Text it". Lineup never sends a text, never emails anybody on your team, and never asks them for an email address.
Their PIN is kept scrambled, never as typed. For each phone they are signed in on, Lineup keeps a scrambled form of a random code that phone holds, what kind of phone it is, and when it was last used, so you can sign them out of every phone at once.
The schedule
Who works when, any position and note you put on a shift, and your note to everyone. It is kept on JTS's server so your team can see it. It is never sold, shared or used to learn anything.
What JTS does not do
No ads, no trackers, no analytics, and nothing about your business or your team goes to anybody else.
One thing to know about the public pages
The pages anybody can open (this one, the front page, signing in) load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google sees that your browser asked for them. The schedule itself, and every page your team opens, loads nothing from anybody but this site.
