Terms
The plain version.
The free days
- The first 14 days are free and ask for no card. Nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe.
- When they are over, your schedule stays where it is and your team can still see it. Changing it needs a subscription.
The subscription
- $19 a month for the whole team, however many people are on it. Card payments are handled by Stripe; JTS never sees your card number.
- Subscribe from Settings, during the free days or after them. Subscribing during them keeps the rest: the card is not charged until they are up.
- No refunds. The free days are there so you can see whether it works for your team before you pay anything.
- Stop any time from Settings. It takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Your team
- You decide who is on your schedule and what they see. Each person signs in with the link you send them. When each person sees only their own shifts, they also pick a PIN.
- Only put people on it who work for you, and only what they need to know about when they work.
What it is
- A schedule your team can read on their phones. It is not a time clock or payroll, and the hours it adds up are the hours you put in, not the hours anybody worked.
- JTS keeps it running and keeps your schedule safe, but cannot promise it will never be down for a while. Somebody who must know by a set time should not rely on this alone.
- JTS can close an account that is used to hurt somebody or for something unlawful.
